Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you create an account: your name, email address, and workspace details. When you connect integrations such as GitHub, Slack, or Microsoft Teams, we receive the identifiers and content needed to run your sessions, including repository contents, thread messages you route to Party, and related metadata.
We also collect usage information generated by your sessions: prompts, agent outputs, build logs, cost and billing records, and diagnostic data that helps us keep the service reliable.
How we use it
We use your information to operate Party: to run sessions, coordinate agents, render previews, meter usage against your plan, and provide support. We use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your code or session content to train foundation models.
Sharing
Session content is shared with the model and harness providers you choose for your agents, as required to run them. We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform, such as cloud hosting and payment processing, under contracts that limit their use of it. We disclose information when the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete sessions, projects, or your entire workspace at any time; deletion requests are honored within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations and backups that expire on a fixed schedule.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us at privacy@party.build and we will respond within the timelines the law requires.
