Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms govern your use of Party. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them on your own behalf and, if you sign up for a team, on behalf of your organization.

Your account and your team

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the people you invite to your workspace. Plans are billed per team at a flat price; you agree to the pricing and limits of the plan you choose, and to pay for credit usage beyond your plan's allocation.

Your content

You own the code, prompts, and other content you bring to Party, and you own the output your sessions produce to the fullest extent permitted by law. You grant us the limited rights needed to run the service: storing your content, passing it to the model providers you select, and displaying it to the members of your workspace.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Party to break the law, to attack systems you are not authorized to test, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with the service itself. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

Agents act on your instructions

Agents in Party act on the instructions and permissions your team gives them. You are responsible for reviewing agent output before you ship it. Nothing merges, deploys, or leaves your workspace without an action your team configured or approved.

Disclaimers and limits

Party is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our total liability to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect. Questions go to legal@party.build.
